1) This software refers to the software system developed by Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. for you to download from the platform, install and use in the limited system mobile terminal.

2) User / you: refers to the natural person or enterprise legal person who agrees and abides by this agreement, completes the software registration procedure, and has the software login account number and password.

3) User information: refers to the user registration information and the relevant information submitted by the user when using the software service and known by the software.

4) User registration information: refers to all kinds of information registered on the software, including the contents that are modified after passing the authentication.

5) User service: refers to the software based on Bluetooth lamp equipment control and function use and other services.

2. Confirmation and acceptance of agreement terms

1) This software specially reminds you that before you register, please read this Agreement carefully. If you have any objection to any terms of this agreement or those that may be modified or supplemented at any time in the future, you may choose not to register as a user of the software.

2) When you check the "you have read and agree to the registration agreement" button, you will be deemed to have carefully read the terms of this Agreement and agree to accept all the contents of the terms of this agreement, including any modifications to the terms of this agreement made from time to time.

3) The software reserves the right to change, upgrade, modify and transfer the software and its related functions at any time. The software further reserves the right to develop new functions in this software. Unless otherwise specified in the software, this Agreement shall still apply to the provision of all new functions and software services mentioned above

3 Content of Service

1) The software will provide corresponding customer service for users in accordance with this Agreement and relevant operating procedures. The software guarantees the legality of the services provided, and has the obligation to maintain the normal operation of the entire software service on the existing technology.

2) The user services provided by this agreement include: control of lighting equipment and use of relevant functions provided by the software.

3) The software only provides network service, and the communication equipment and communication expenses related to the network service shall be borne by the user.

4、 Usage rules

1) Authenticity of user information: the user guarantees the authenticity, correctness and integrity of the user's information at the time of registration. If the information changes, the user should change it in time. The software can not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the untrue or inaccurate information of you or the failure to update your information in time. If you provide any incorrect, untrue, outdated or incomplete information, Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you to use all or part of the service of the software now or in the future. Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to query the user's registration data and related operations. If there are any problems or doubts in the registration data or related operations, it has the right to send a notice of inquiry and correction to the user or directly delete it.

2) User account number and password: the user login account number and password are the only identity certificate of the user in the software. In order to enjoy the relevant services provided by the software, you must type in the correct user login account and password according to the corresponding service requirements. You should keep your own login account and password, and you can change your password during service use. If the user's login account and password are lost, forgotten or stolen by others, the software shall not be liable.

3. In the process of using the services provided by the software, you must abide by the following principles:

a. Abide by the relevant laws and regulations of China;

b. Do not use the services provided by the software for any illegal purpose;

c.Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

d. It is prohibited to sell, resell, copy or develop the software;

e. It is prohibited to imitate the products and services of Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. for commercial purposes;

f. It is forbidden to copy and imitate the design concept, interface, function, diagram, document, software, trademark, design, pattern, etc. of Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. and the software;

g. It is forbidden to modify or manufacture derivative products based on the services provided by the software or its contents without the permission of Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd;

h. It is prohibited to send information that violates laws, regulations, information industry or relevant provisions of Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., and does not violate social public interests or public morality. It is prohibited to send and store computer codes, files, scripts and programs with viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other harmful computer;

i. Do not use the software to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the mobile Internet;

j. Do not use the software to transmit any illegal, harmful, coercive, harassing, infringement, slander, vulgarity, obscenity, defamation, obscenity, infringement of others' privacy, racial discrimination or other unpleasant contents, including but not limited to words, software, music, photos, graphics, videos or other contents;

k. Shall not endanger minors in any way;

i. Shall not pass off as any person or organization or falsely claim to be related to any person or organization;

m. Do not use the software to interfere or disturb the company's customer service, communication service and other normal use of customers;

n. Do not intentionally slander or damage the reputation of Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. or maliciously attack the information platform system of the software, and do not use the software to conduct any act detrimental to Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd.

4. The user undertakes that all consequences caused by its activities through the software service shall be fully responsible. If Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. assumes relevant responsibilities due to the user's behavior of using the software, the user shall fully compensate the relevant expenses and losses of Guangdong ZDD Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., including lawyer's fees and litigation costs.

5 User privacy

1) The software guarantees that it will not disclose to the public or provide the third party with the user registration information and the non-public content stored on the software when using the network service, except for the following circumstances:

a. Authorized by the user in advance;

b. According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations;

c. According to the requirements of relevant government departments;

d. In order to safeguard the interests of the public;

e. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the software or users;

f. Disclosure of customer information caused by force majeure;

g.Can not be attributed to the objective situation of the software, resulting in the disclosure of personal data;

h. There are sufficient reasons to believe that the disclosure of user information meets the requirements of the software and the interests of users.

2) The software should establish a reasonable security system in its network system, including identity identification system and internal security system, so as to make user data complete and confidential. However, users understand and agree that the technical means are constantly updated, and the software can not eliminate all non security factors, but the software will not timely update the system and properly maintain the network and related data.

6 Change, interruption or termination of services

1) If the network service needs to be suspended due to system maintenance or upgrade, the software will notify in advance as far as possible.

2) The software has the right to determine whether your behavior meets the relevant requirements of the software. In case of the following situations, the software has the right to terminate the user service provided to you without notice unilaterally, and the risks and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you. In case of software loss, you shall also be liable for compensation:

a. The registration information provided by the customer is not true;

b. Customer violates the usage rules set forth in this agreement.

3) This Agreement shall be terminated when the customer completes the cancellation procedures of the software.

4) The software reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services at any time without prior notice to the user. For any loss caused by the interruption or termination of all services, the software does not have to bear any responsibility to the user or any third party.

7 Disclaimer

1）The software tries its best to provide users with high-quality service, but it can not guarantee that the user service will meet the user's requirements, and the user service will not be interrupted.

2）The information released by this software may not contain the latest information related to our business. This information is for reference only.

3）The user clearly agrees that the risks arising from the use of the software services shall be borne entirely by the user; all consequences arising from the use of the software services shall also be borne by the user himself.

4）To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable to the other party for the loss or damage of data and any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

8 Force majeure

In case of unforeseen events and consequences caused by hacker attack, government control or network communication paralysis, both parties shall confirm that it is force majeure; both parties shall decide whether to terminate this agreement, to exempt part of its obligations, or to postpone the performance of this agreement according to the extent to which force majeure affects this agreement.

9 Application of law

This agreement is applicable to the laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China. You and our company agree to abide by the relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement. If at any time some of the provisions of this agreement become illegal, invalid or unenforceable without fundamentally affecting the validity of this agreement, the other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
